1. From I-405 South, take exit #13B (NE 8th St.) EASTBOUND
2. Immediately get into the left lane
3. Turn left onto 116th Ave NE
4. When on 116th Ave NE opposite Overlake's E.R. sign…
5. Turn right into the Olympic Medical Center, #1310
6. Follow the road straight back to Suite E
